I'm in the mountains of North Carolina for a long "girls only" weekend with my Mom (i.e. a lot of sitting on the porch, drinking champagne, enjoying the weather, visiting the local famer's market, and simply just relaxing). I love being able to escape city life everyone now and then to focus on enjoying the simpler things. I hope everyone is having a great week!

My weekend consisted of flea markets, thrift stores, outlet malls, getting my hair done, and the most beautiful weather we've had in a long time (the heat peeked at a measly 82 degrees - which is practically fall down here)!
