As summer begins to wind down, I have found myself looking for new ways to start transitioning my wardrobe into the fall season. My latest take, (faux) leather shorts! Wear them now with a light and airy top and flats, then pair them with a chunky sweater and booties once the weather cool downs a bit.

It's a little hard to tell from the pictures, but my jeans and bag are both light pink! I have been absolutely obsessed with the hue since it first re-appeared this past spring. It is the epitome of everything girly (which is totally me!) Pairing lighter shades of pink with black or navy gives your outfit a sense of balance and keeps you from looking too youthful.
